To dissect the gene regulatory networks operating during soybean embryo development, we identified the binding sites genome-wide for transcription factor GLYMA.04G093300 and GLYMA.06G314400 in cotyledon stage embryos using ChIP-seq. Overall design: Identification of GLYMA.04G093300 and and GLYMA.06G314400 binding sites in soybean embryos at the cotyledon stage. ChIP and total chromatin controls (input) were obtained for two biological replicates. A total of 7 samples were sequenced using the Illumina NovaSeq 6000 platform.

为解析大豆胚胎发育过程中运作的基因调控网络,我们采用染色质免疫沉淀测序(ChIP-seq)技术,在子叶期胚胎中全基因组范围内鉴定了转录因子GLYMA.04G093300与GLYMA.06G314400的结合位点。实验总体设计:在大豆子叶期胚胎中鉴定转录因子GLYMA.04G093300与GLYMA.06G314400的结合位点。本实验设置染色质免疫沉淀(ChIP)与全染色质对照(Input)样本,共完成2次生物学重复。总计7份样本通过Illumina NovaSeq 6000平台完成测序。
