Processed Nano-XRF data used in the "Intracellular quantification of an antibiotic metal complex in single cells of Escherichia coli using cryo-X-ray fluorescence nano-imaging" paper to get: 2D areal density map images of phosphorous and copper in E. Coli bacteria. 3D reconstruction of tomograms of phosphorous and copper in E. Coli bacteria.
