The “.mat” file contains 3 cell structure for plotting Fig.2d and Fig. S5c. The variable “IMagePlot” has 3 cells and as below: <br> IMagePlot{1, Monkey }{Icond,1}(Mn-SE:Mn+SE,Cognitive_Load) <br> “Monkey”= 1,2,3. “Monkey W”, “Monkey I”, both monkeys. “Motivational_context”= 1,2. “Gain-Loss”, “Gain-only” Icond= 1,3,5,7. “Sham-ACC”, “TUS-ACC”, “Sham-STR”, and “TUS-STR” for “Gain_Loss” context. Icond= 2,4,6,8. “Sham-ACC”, “TUS-ACC”, “Sham-STR”, and “TUS-STR” for “Gain_Only” context. “Cognitive_Load”= 1,2,3. <br> Mn : Mean across blocks SE : Standard error of the mean Mn-SE:Mn+SE is a 10x1 vector containing values for visualizing the gradient from lower to higher mean + standard error of the mean.
该".mat"格式文件包含3个单元数组结构,用于绘制图2d与补充图S5c。变量"IMagePlot"包含3个单元,具体结构如下:IMagePlot{1, 猴(Monkey)}{条件组(Icond),1}(Mn-SE:Mn+SE,认知负荷(Cognitive_Load))。其中“猴(Monkey)”的取值为1、2、3,分别对应两只实验猴“Monkey W”与“Monkey I”。“动机情境(Motivational_context)”的取值为1、2,分别对应“得失(Gain-Loss)”与“仅获益(Gain-only)”两种实验情境。当情境为“得失”时,条件组(Icond)的取值为1、3、5、7,分别对应“假刺激-前扣带回皮层(Sham-ACC)”、“经颅超声刺激-前扣带回皮层(TUS-ACC)”、“假刺激-纹状体(Sham-STR)”与“经颅超声刺激-纹状体(TUS-STR)”四种处理方式。当情境为“仅获益”时,条件组(Icond)的取值为2、4、6、8,分别对应上述四种处理方式。“认知负荷(Cognitive_Load)”的取值为1、2、3。其中Mn为各试次块的平均值(Mean across blocks),SE为平均值的标准误(Standard error of the mean)。Mn-SE:Mn+SE为一个10×1的向量,包含用于可视化从低均值+标准误至高均值+标准误的渐变序列值。
