Zobellella sp. CGMCC 1.18722 Genome sequencing and assembly

The project aims to sequence and analyse Zobellella sp. CGMCC 1.18722. Assembly sequence was gained by de novo methods, subsequently regarding annotation information was produced by our genomic analysis pipeline. Further study will be carried out with these data.本项目旨在对佐贝尔氏菌属（Zobellella）菌株CGMCC 1.18722进行测序与分析。该菌株的基因组组装序列通过从头组装（de novo）方法获得，后续通过本研究的基因组分析流程生成相关注释信息。后续将基于本数据集开展进一步研究。
