This study aimed to characterize large and small RNA transcriptomic changes in fibroid xenografts from mice treated with the TDO2 inhibitor 680C91 for two months. Overall design: Analysis of large and small RNA transcriptomic changes from RNA-seq data in three sets of fibroid xenografts treated with vehicle or the TDO2 inhibitor 680C91 for two months.

本研究旨在表征经TDO2抑制剂680C91持续处理两个月的小鼠肌瘤异种移植物中的大小RNA转录组变化。总体实验设计：对经溶剂对照或TDO2抑制剂680C91持续处理两个月的三组肌瘤异种移植物，基于RNA测序（RNA-seq）数据开展其大小RNA转录组变化的分析。
