Microbial Community Dynamics Analysis Using 338F-806R Primer Sequences in Soil Samples
This study aims to investigate the temporal dynamics of microbial communities in soil samples through high-throughput sequencing of the 16S rRNA gene region amplified by 338F-806R primers. The research focuses on comparing microbial diversity across different treatment groups (e.g., CK, MR, C1, C3, C6) at multiple time points (1-day, 7-day, 30-day intervals). The generated FASTQ files (R1/R2 pairs) will enable taxonomic profiling and ecological insights into how environmental factors or interventions influence soil microbiota. Findings will contribute to understanding microbial succession patterns and functional adaptations in terrestrial ecosystems, with potential applications in agriculture, bioremediation, and ecosystem health monitoring.
