Interview transcripts and notes

A number of stakeholders were interviewed for this doctoral research project, including policy makers, citizens and technical experts. All interviews were semi-structured, in-depth interviews. While some interviews were audio recorded (and transcribed), other interviews were documented through note-taking. Participants were given information sheets prior to the interview process as well as sufficient time to read these and ask questions. An informed consent form was signed by each participant before their interview. All data has been anonymised.本博士研究项目对多名利益相关方（stakeholders）开展了访谈，受访对象涵盖政策制定者、公民与技术专家。所有访谈均采用半结构化深度访谈形式。其中部分访谈进行了录音并完成文字转录，其余访谈则通过现场笔录完成记录。访谈正式开始前，研究人员已向每位参与者提供信息告知单，并预留充足时间供其阅读该材料并提出疑问。每位参与者均在访谈启动前签署了知情同意书。所有采集到的研究数据均已完成匿名化处理。
