RNA-seq of WT, val1, val2, and val1 val2 14-day-old seedling in Arabidopsis

14-day-old seedling of WT, val1, val2, and val1val2 were performed RNA-seq to analyzed their differential expression genes in Arabidopsis. 12 samples from wild-type, val1, val2 and val1 val2 14-d-old seedlings with three biological replicates.

以拟南芥为研究材料，对14日龄的野生型（Wild Type，WT）、val1、val2及val1val2幼苗开展RNA测序（RNA-seq），以分析其差异表达基因。本数据集共包含12个样本，均来自上述四组14日龄幼苗，每组设置3次生物学重复。
