The data consist of transcriptome profiling performed using the Ion AmpliSeq Transcriptome Gene Expression Kit (Thermo Fisher Scientific, USA), enabling the simultaneous measurement of 20.812 human genes' expression level in a single assay. Sequencing was conducted on 15 older female subjects; 5 met Late-Onset Alzheimer Disease (LOAD) diagnosis criteria and 10 healthy controls; Data was used to identify hub genes and molecular processes associated with LOAD-related inflammation.本数据集采用Ion AmpliSeq转录组基因表达试剂盒（Ion AmpliSeq Transcriptome Gene Expression Kit，赛默飞世尔科技，美国）开展转录组分析，可在单次检测中同时定量20812个人类基因的表达水平。 本研究共纳入15名老年女性受试者进行测序，其中5名符合晚发性阿尔茨海默病（Late-Onset Alzheimer Disease, LOAD）诊断标准，剩余10名为健康对照；本数据集被用于识别与LOAD相关炎症关联的核心基因及分子进程。
