Data and code supporting KYAT1-related tryptophan/kynurenine biology in normal-tension glaucoma and retinal nerve fiber layer morphology

Processed source data, supplementary tables 1-15, figure outputs, analysis scripts, staged analysis reports, reporting checklists, and manuscript build assets supporting the current v2.5 manuscript. This version adds a concise KYAT1 lead/proxy variant functional annotation summary table and explicit limitations regarding retinal-specific pQTL, fine-mapping and functional-assay evidence.
