Agregats citosol/nucli

This pipeline was created with the open-source software CellProfiler (4.2.1 release) and it is suitable for the automatized analysis of confocal microscopy images, allowing the quantification of the levels of a protein in subcellular compartments (nucleus and cytosol). It also can determine the grade of overlapping between to confocal channels, being useful for the study of colocalization between two proteins of interest. The pipeline is ready to use and can be adapted to a new project, modifying data in the menu of each command that compose the pipeline.

本分析流程依托开源软件CellProfiler（4.2.1正式版）开发，可实现共聚焦显微镜图像的自动化分析，能够定量检测亚细胞区室（细胞核与细胞质）内的蛋白质表达水平。此外，该流程还可计算两条共聚焦通道的信号重叠程度，适用于目标蛋白质间的共定位研究。本流程可直接投入使用，仅需修改组成该流程的各命令菜单内的相关参数，即可适配全新的研究项目。
