The Multiomics Landscape of Plasma Exosomes in First-Episode Drug-Naïve of Schizophrenia

This research project aims to explore the multiomics landscape of plasma exosomes in patients with schizophrenia. Our study involves 10 first-episode drug-naïve schizophrenia patients and 10 healthy controls. By comparing the exosomes derived from these two groups, we hope to uncover biomarkers associated with schizophrenia and potential pathogenic mechanisms. The project seeks to provide new insights for the early diagnosis and intervention of schizophrenia.

本研究项目旨在探索精神分裂症患者血浆外泌体（exosomes）的多组学全景。本研究纳入10例初发未用药精神分裂症患者与10名健康对照者。通过对比两组受试者来源的外泌体，本研究拟挖掘与精神分裂症相关的生物标志物及潜在致病机制，以期为精神分裂症的早期诊断与干预提供全新的研究视角。
