Abstract ClinicalTrials

These data present extracted design information from randomized controlled trials (RCTs) reported in abstracts presented at the Association for Resarch in Vision and Ophthalmology from 2007 through 2009. These data also present extracted design information from the ClinicalTrials.gov registration record for the same RCT. Finally, the data include comparisons between corresponding design aspects of the two sources of RCT informtion.

本数据集收录了2007年至2009年视觉与眼科研究协会（Association for Research in Vision and Ophthalmology）会议摘要中报道的随机对照试验（randomized controlled trials, RCTs）的提取试验设计信息。本数据集同时涵盖了上述同批次随机对照试验在ClinicalTrials.gov注册记录中的提取试验设计信息。最后，本数据集还纳入了两类随机对照试验信息来源在对应设计维度上的对比分析内容。
