Genome sequence of Yada Yada virus

We report the detection of a novel alphavirus in Australian mosquitoes, belonging to the mosquito-specific complex. This is the first report of an alphavirus in this complex from the Asia-Pacific region. The assembled genome is 11,612 nt in length and has been provisionally named Yada Yada virus (YYV).我们报道了在澳大利亚蚊虫体内检出一株新型甲病毒（Alphavirus），该病毒隶属于蚊特异性复合体。这是亚太地区首次在该类复合体中报道甲病毒属病毒。经组装的病毒基因组全长为11612个核苷酸，现已被暂命名为Yada Yada病毒（YYV）。
