The study aims for a comprehensive comparison of microbial communities in aerobic granular sludge and flocculent sludge from four full-scale WWTPs with different nutrient removal processes (C, N, P removal, C, N removal, and C removal only).本研究旨在对四座采用不同营养盐脱除工艺的全规模污水处理厂（Wastewater Treatment Plant, WWTP）中的好氧颗粒污泥（aerobic granular sludge）与絮状污泥（flocculent sludge）内的微生物群落展开全面对比分析，所涉及的工艺包括碳（Carbon, C）、氮（Nitrogen, N）、磷（Phosphorus, P）联合脱除，碳（Carbon, C）、氮（Nitrogen, N）联合脱除以及仅碳（Carbon, C）脱除。
