<b>Transcriptome profiling of nasopharyngeal carcinoma 5-8F cells after CENPN knockdown</b>

This dataset contains the processed RNA-seq expression matrix of nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC) 5-8F cells with stable knockdown of <i>CENPN</i>. RNA sequencing was performed using the Illumina HiSeq platform. Expression values were transformed using the formula log₂(value + 1) to facilitate downstream analysis and visualization.The dataset includes: log2_expression_matrix.xls:a log₂-transformed gene expression matrix with genes as rows and samples as columns.sample_info.xlsx: metadata including sample names, treatment conditions, and grouping information.README.txt: description of the experimental design and data processing steps.本数据集包含经稳定敲低着丝粒蛋白N（CENPN）的鼻咽癌（nasopharyngeal carcinoma, NPC）5-8F细胞的处理后RNA测序（RNA-seq）表达矩阵。本次RNA测序采用Illumina HiSeq平台完成。为便于下游分析与可视化，表达量值经log₂(值+1)公式进行转换。本数据集包含以下内容：log2_expression_matrix.xls：以基因为行、样本为列的经log₂转换的基因表达矩阵；sample_info.xlsx：包含样本名称、处理条件及分组信息的元数据文件；README.txt：实验设计与数据处理步骤说明文档。
