Differential Genome Expression in AhR-KD and Control HCMV-Infected Fibroblasts

Here we report the effect of Aryl hydrocarbon Receptor (AhR) on the transcriptome of HCMV-infected fibroblasts. Total RNA profiles of HFF cells, treated with either Negative Control (NC) or AhR-targeting Locked Nucleic Acids (LNS's), and infected with AD169 HCMV in biological duplicate, at one early time-point.本研究报道了芳香烃受体（Aryl hydrocarbon Receptor，AhR）对人类巨细胞病毒（HCMV）感染的成纤维细胞转录组的影响。本研究对经阴性对照（Negative Control，NC）或靶向AhR的锁核酸（Locked Nucleic Acids，LNS's）处理、并以AD169株HCMV感染的HFF细胞开展总RNA表达谱分析，所有实验均设置生物学重复，采样于单个早期时间点。
