D4 - Coassemblies

The samples were clustered by &gt;99% 18S rDNA identity, leading to three clusters that corresponded to the 18S groups 1, 2a and 2b. The reads belonging to each cluster were co-assembled with Spades to form COSAG 1, COSAG 2a and COSAG 2b. The contigs fasta files are included here. <br> Prodigal was used to predict the ORFs and amino acid sequence. The protein fasta and gff3 files are included.

样本以99%以上的18S核糖体DNA（18S rDNA）序列一致性进行聚类，最终得到三个聚类簇，分别对应18S分组1、2a及2b。将各聚类簇对应的测序读段（reads）与SPAdes进行共组装，得到COSAG 1、COSAG 2a及COSAG 2b。本次数据集包含重叠群（contigs）的FASTA格式文件。
采用Prodigal软件预测开放阅读框（ORFs）及其编码的氨基酸序列，本次数据集同时提供蛋白质序列的FASTA格式文件以及GFF3格式注释文件。
