Epicardial signature gene expression changes in muscle after myocardial infarction.

Epicardial signature genes of Cluster 4 (from Figure 3) were tested for statistically significant upregulation in the muscle control samples as described in Materials and Methods. This Table shows those genes that were upregulated (p value cut off: 0.005) in the muscle control samples.
