Livestock-associated methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus (LA-MRSA) is an emerging MRSA lineage rapidly evolving in the community. In this project, we sequenced forty LA-MRSA strains and are belong to CC398. Strains were isolated from healthy carrier pigs' nasal-swab samples.
牲畜关联耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌（Livestock-associated methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus, LA-MRSA）是一类在社区中快速演化的新兴耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌（Methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus, MRSA）谱系。本研究对40株隶属于克隆复合物398（CC398）的LA-MRSA菌株进行了测序，上述菌株均分离自健康携带猪的鼻拭子样本。
