Multi-omics analysis reveals distinct responses to light stress between the C4 crop maize and the C3 crop rice-RNA seq data

To systematically dissect how high light stress (HL) affects growth of maize and rice, we carried out time-resolved multi-omics studies, analyzing the responses in the transcriptome, the translatome, the proteome and the metabolome to HL treatment.
