Transcriptome profile of Theileria infected bovine leucocytes under curcumin treatment

Using Illumina technology, we aim to identify global change in gene expression of bovine leucocytes and Theileria transcrits upon curcumin treatment Theileria infected bovine cells were treated with curcumin and gobal change in transcriptome was compared with untreated samples.

本研究采用Illumina测序技术，旨在探究姜黄素处理后牛白细胞与泰勒虫（Theileria）转录本的基因表达全局变化。具体实验设计为：将被泰勒虫感染的牛细胞施以姜黄素处理，随后将其转录组的整体变化与未处理样本进行对比分析。
