Effects of panobinostat treatment on the transcript levels for <i>BRCA1</i>, <i>CHK1</i>, and <i>RAD51</i> genes in diagnostic AML blasts.

Note: Transcript levels for BRCA1, CHK1, and RAD51 in panobinostat treated and untreated cells were quantified by real-time RT-PCR and normalized to transcript levels of RPL13A.
