We performed single-cell RNAseq on the four populations (MBC, prePB, PB and PC) generated during normal plasma cell differentiation Overall design: prePB, PB and PC were generated in vitro from MBC and isolated by Fluorescence-activated cell sorting (FACS)我们针对正常浆细胞分化过程中产生的四种细胞群（MBC、prePB、PB及PC）开展了单细胞RNA测序（single-cell RNAseq）。总体设计：prePB、PB与PC均由MBC经体外诱导产生，并通过荧光激活细胞分选（Fluorescence-activated cell sorting, FACS）分离获得。
