Comprises of the details of the tissue associated predicted novel pre-miRNAs including the IDs, miRDeep2 scores, read counts, precursor and mature sequences and precursor coordinates. Sheet1: embryo associated novel miRNAs, Sheet2: brain associated novel miRNAs, Sheet3: gut associated novel miRNAs, Sheet4: liver associated novel miRNAs, Sheet5: ovary associated novel miRNAs, Sheet6: testis associated novel miRNAs, Sheet7: eye associated novel miRNAs, Sheet8: heart associated novel miRNAs, Sheet9: summary). For tables containing information about the brain, gut and liver tissue associated novel miRNAs, there exists an additional column indicating whether a tissue associated novel miRNA is present in male/female or both. Some tissue associated novel miRNAs are present in both male and female and some in only one sex. The summary (Sheet9) gives the unique number of tissue associated novel miRNAs that reflects the union of the two. (XLSX 62 kb)
