MCH Improves 3T3-L1 Pre-adipocyte Viability in Culture. 3T3-L1 preadipocytes were cultured for six days at the indicated doses in the presence (n=3) or absence (n=6) of 100 nM PMC-3881-PI, an MCHR1 antagonist.
