Votive inscription by fifty-one adolescents

This is a stele with a votive inscription saying: To good fortune. In the 21st year (of the reign of an emperor), when Orontes, son of Orontes was gymnasiarch and was also gymnasiarch in the 18th year (of the reign of the same emperor), and when Sotos, son of Asklepiades, was efivarchos, dedicated by 51 adolescents. The date refers to the year of the reign of a Roman emperor, who is, however, not mentioned in the text. The stele was discovered in Lapithos此为一块刻有还愿铭文的石碑，铭文内容如下： 祈愿好运。 某皇帝统治第21年之际，奥龙特斯之子奥龙特斯出任体操官（gymnasiarch），且其亦于该皇帝统治的第18年时任此职务；同年，阿斯克勒庇阿德斯之子索托斯担任efivarchos，本碑由51名青年所立。 该铭文的纪年对应某位罗马皇帝的统治年份，但文本中未提及该皇帝的具体名号。 此石碑出土于拉帕索斯（Lapithos）。
