Human gut metagenomes from Hong Kong populations

The goal of this study is to characterise diversity of gut microbial communities in southern Chinese populations. This dataset included 16S rRNA sequence data for this study. The study also has the corresponding shotgun metagenomic sequence dataset under Bioproject accession number of PRJNA557323.本研究旨在表征中国南方人群肠道微生物群落的多样性特征。本数据集包含本研究相关的16S核糖体RNA（16S rRNA）测序数据。此外，本研究还配有对应的鸟枪法宏基因组测序数据集，其生物项目（BioProject）登录号为PRJNA557323。
