Processed ship-based Multibeam Sonar Data (version 2) acquired off the coast of Hawaii during the Melville expedition AVON06MV (1999)

This data set was acquired with a ship-based SeaBeam 2000 Multibeam Sonar system during Melville expedition AVON06MV conducted in 1999 (Chief Scientist: Dr. Devorah Joseph). These data files are of MBSystem format and include Swath Bathymetry data and were processed by the GMRT Team using the open source MB-System multibeam sonar processing software. These data are included in the GMRT Synthesis, version 1.

本数据集采用船载SeaBeam 2000多波束声呐系统（SeaBeam 2000 Multibeam Sonar system）采集，采集工作依托1999年执行的梅尔维尔号航次AVON06MV开展，该航次首席科学家为德沃拉·约瑟夫博士。本数据集文件采用MBsystem格式，包含条带测深数据（Swath Bathymetry data），由GMRT团队使用开源MB-System多波束声呐处理软件完成数据处理流程。本数据集已纳入GMRT综合数据集（GMRT Synthesis）版本1。
