Littorina fabalis transect WGS

Whole genome sequences of the marine snail Littorina fabalis, which include 12 samples sequenced at 15X coverage and the remaining 283 sequenced at 5X coverage. These samples were collected along two transects covering wave exposure gradients to study the formation of two ecotypes distinct by their size.本数据集为滨螺（Littorina fabalis）的全基因组测序数据，包含12份经15倍覆盖度测序的样本，其余283份样本的测序覆盖度为5倍。所有样本采集自覆盖波浪暴露梯度的两条样带，旨在研究两种以体型差异为特征的生态型的形成过程。
