Antibiotic-responsive microbial transcriptomes. Staphylococcus aureus strain:SaR1_doxy_120m

RNA-Seq on common bacterial pathogens in the presence vs absence of a variety of antibiotics. Two susceptible and two resistant isolates were exposed to antibiotics in laboratory culture, total RNA was extracted at various timepoints from cultures with and without antibiotics, and cDNA libraries were prepared for Illumina sequencing.针对多种抗生素存在与缺失条件下的常见细菌性病原体开展RNA测序（RNA-Seq）研究。本研究选取两株敏感分离株与两株耐药分离株，在实验室培养体系中施加抗生素处理；分别于多个时间点从施加与未施加抗生素的培养物中提取总RNA，并构建互补DNA（complementary DNA）文库，用于Illumina测序。
