Genome assembly and annotation of the green alga Chlorella vulgaris

Chlorella vulgaris is a fast-growing fresh water microalga which is widely used at industrial level. In this work we present the C. vulgaris CCAP211/11P nuclear genome, organelle genomes, and transcriptome from two different growth conditions.
