These FCS files support 4-91 F3 males tetramer panel (Figs 3 & 4) <br>Figure 3: F0 exposure to TCDD has developmental, but not transgenerational effects on the CD8+ T response to IAV in the lung of male TCDD lineage offspring. <br>Figure 4: In the MLN, F0 AHR activation alters the CD8+ T cell response of female and male F1 but not F3 generation offspring. <br>
本流式细胞术标准文件(Flow Cytometry Standard,FCS)适配4-91号F3代雄性小鼠四聚体检测组合(对应图3与图4)。
图3:亲代(F0代)暴露于2,3,7,8-四氯二苯并对二恶英(TCDD)后,仅对TCDD谱系子代雄性小鼠肺部的甲型流感病毒(Influenza A Virus,IAV)特异性CD8阳性T细胞应答产生发育阶段相关影响,而无跨代效应。
图4:在肠系膜淋巴结(Mesenteric Lymph Node,MLN)中,亲代(F0代)芳香烃受体(Aryl Hydrocarbon Receptor,AHR)激活可改变F1代雌雄小鼠的CD8阳性T细胞应答,但对F3代子代无此类影响。
