Global small RNA profiling of murine hemophilic arthropathy. Mus musculus strain:F8<tm1Kaz/>J | breed:Eukaryotic

We utilized high throughput small RNA sequencing method to profile the molecular modulation in acute and chronic hemophilic arthropathy condition in murine model. The main goal of the study is to identify the dysregulated small RNAs in the pathophysiological condition of hemophilic arthropathy. Understanding the small RNA modulation may provide insights to identify biomarkers and develop new therapeutics.本研究借助高通量小RNA测序技术，对小鼠模型急性与慢性血友病性关节病状态下的分子调控特征开展表达谱分析。本研究的核心目标为鉴定血友病性关节病病理生理进程中失调表达的小RNA。阐明此类小RNA的调控机制，可为相关生物标志物的筛选及新型治疗策略的开发提供理论参考。
