Differential Expression of MED12-Associated Coding RNA 2 transcripts in Uterine Leiomyomas

The objective of this study was to elucidate the expression profile of coding RNA transcripts in leiomyomas with and without MED12 mutation and their paired myometrium. Overall design: Comparative gene expression profiling analysis of RNA-seq data based on MED12 mutation status in 19 paired myometrim and leiomyoma specimens.本研究旨在阐明携带与不携带MED12突变的子宫肌瘤及其配对子宫肌层中编码RNA转录本的表达谱。总体设计：基于19对配对子宫肌层与子宫肌瘤标本的MED12突变状态，对RNA测序（RNA-seq）数据开展比较基因表达谱分析。
