To examine if gene expression level is altered in eSAS (human tongue squamous-cell carcinoma cell line) compared with that of parental SAS, we performed genome-wide DNA microarray analysis. For this purpose, we prepared total mRNAs from SAS and eSAS cells in their Log growth phase and compared their genome-wide expression levels. Two arrays (Agilent Whole Human Genome Microarray 4x44K G4112F: 014850) were performed as one color experiments.

为探明eSAS(人舌鳞状细胞癌细胞系)与亲本SAS细胞的基因表达水平差异,我们开展了全基因组DNA微阵列分析。为此,我们提取了处于对数生长期的SAS与eSAS细胞的总mRNA,并对二者的全基因组表达水平展开对比分析。本实验采用2张安捷伦全人类基因组微阵列4x44K G4112F(货号:014850)进行单通道实验。
