Sequencing of intestinal flora of largemouth bass

In order to investigate the effect of emodin on largemouth bass, five diets were designed.After 30 days of feeding, intestinal flora of largemouth bass samples were sequenced为探究大黄素（emodin）对大口黑鲈（largemouth bass）的影响，本研究设计了五种实验日粮。经过30天的饲喂实验后，对大口黑鲈样本的肠道菌群进行测序分析。
