BrxX ChIP-seq

The aim of the study is to determine the binding sites of BrxX methyltransferase from BREX system of E. coli HS with genomic DNA of bacteriophage T7 (0.3-0.7 genes fusion strain).本研究旨在确定大肠杆菌HS（E. coli HS）的BREX系统（BREX system）中的BrxX甲基转移酶（BrxX methyltransferase）与0.3至0.7号基因融合的噬菌体T7（bacteriophage T7）菌株的基因组DNA之间的结合位点。
