We studied biodiversity of phytoplankton in 2018-2020 in the areas impacted by wastewaters of pulp and paper industry and conditionally background areas.
The list includes 263 phytoplankton species from the divisions Cyanoprokaryota, Euglenophyta, Rhodophyta, Ochrophyta, Bacillariophyta, Chlorophyta, Charophyta with an indication of their saprobic status (if known).
Each column of the table corresponds to one point of phytoplankton sampling area of the Vychegda River: I – zone of direct influence of wastewater of pulp and paper industry (L- impact zone N 61°48'58", E 50°45'10"; R - background N 61°49'00" , E50°45'35"); IV – zone of direct influence of wastewater of pulp and paper industry (near the Gavrilovka village): L- impact zone N 61°58'25", E 50°28'39"; R - background N 61°58’30", E 50°28’07), V – 11.8 km lower than the point IV (near the Sotchem-vyv village) N 61°58'54", E 50°16'31; VI – 5.5 km lower than the point V (near the Ust'-Pozheg village) N 61°59'59", E 50°11'35.
The list of taxa contains only our own data. The saprobic statuses of species (S) were obtained from [Lowe, 1974; Barinova et al., 2006].

本研究于2018-2020年间,针对受制浆造纸工业废水影响的区域及对照背景区域开展浮游植物(phytoplankton)生物多样性调查。
本数据集共收录263种浮游植物,隶属于蓝原核生物门(Cyanoprokaryota)、裸藻门(Euglenophyta)、红藻门(Rhodophyta)、金藻门(Ochrophyta)、硅藻门(Bacillariophyta)、绿藻门(Chlorophyta)以及轮藻门(Charophyta),并标注了各物种的腐生状态(saprobic status,若已知)。
表格每一列对应维切格达河(Vychegda River)浮游植物采样的一个点位:
I:制浆造纸工业废水直接影响区:L为影响区,坐标N 61°48'58",E 50°45'10";R为背景对照区,坐标N 61°49'00",E 50°45'35";
IV:制浆造纸工业废水直接影响区(加夫里洛夫卡村附近):L为影响区,坐标N 61°58'25",E 50°28'39";R为背景对照区,坐标N 61°58'30",E 50°28'07";
V:位于点位IV下游11.8公里处(索奇姆-维夫村附近),坐标N 61°58'54",E 50°16'31";
VI:位于点位V下游5.5公里处(乌斯季-波热格村附近),坐标N 61°59'59",E 50°11'35"。
本物种名录仅包含本研究实测数据。物种腐生状态(saprobic status)引自文献[Lowe, 1974; Barinova et al., 2006]。
