Secale cereale Lo7 assembly - additional Hi-C raw data

The data were used in the 2019 assembly of domesticated rye (Secale cereale), variety Lo7, described in Rabanus-Wallace et al. (2019). A detailed description of the assembly process is given in the Supplementary Materials. The basic assembly scaffolds were constructed from mate-paired, paired-end, and 10X Chromium linked read data, using the NRGene DeNovoMagic 3 pipeline. Scaffolds were then curated and arranged into pseudomolecules with the use of 10X Chromium data, BioNano Optical map alignments, Chromosome Sorted Shotgun data, genetic map positions lifted from the previous assembly of Bauer et al. (2017), and Hi-C conformation capture data.These accession contains Hi-C raw reads of Secale cereale and Secale strictum. PE-libraries (from DpnII digest) were sequenced using Illumina HiSeq2500.
