These data includes1- Immunohistochemistry staining of cleaved caspase 3 in muscle, skin, vessel, nerve and bone.2- Immunohistochemistry staining of laminin in muscle, skin, vessel and nerve.3- Immunohistochemistry staining of CD31 in vessel.4- Quantification of TUNEL-positive cells in muscle, skin, vessel, nerve and bone.5- Quantification of HMGB1 concentration in muscle and skin.6- Quantification of TUNEL-positive cells in allogeneic group vs syngeneic group.
