Cold evolved Saccharomyces hybrids

Interspecific hybrids of Saccharomyces cerevisiae x Saccharomyces uvarum, which differ in their growth temperature preference, were evolved at 15 degrees Celcius for 200 generations and sequenced to understand how temperature and selection influence hybrid genome composition over time.

本研究以生长温度偏好性存在差异的酿酒酵母（Saccharomyces cerevisiae）与葡萄汁酵母（Saccharomyces uvarum）的种间杂交菌株为研究对象，在15摄氏度条件下开展了200代定向演化实验，并对其进行全基因组测序，以解析温度与选择压力如何随时间推移影响杂种基因组的组成。
