Raw data for growth in Nile Tilapia fed Allium cepa fortified diets

The growth and survival of Oreochromis niloticus fed diets fortified with Onions powder was investigated. Onions was added at 0, 0.5, 1.0, 1.5, 2.0 and 2.5% to produce diets OP0, OP1,OP2,OP3, OP4 and OP5 respectively. Diets were allotted to triplicate groups of fish for 84days. Growth was not significantly varied with onions, however survival was higher in fish fed fortified diets.

本研究旨在探讨添加洋葱粉强化饲料对尼罗罗非鱼生长及存活率的影响。洋葱粉的添加量分别为0%、0.5%、1.0%、1.5%、2.0%及2.5%，分别对应饲料OP0、OP1、OP2、OP3、OP4和OP5。这些饲料被分配给三组重复的鱼群，持续喂养84天。结果显示，洋葱粉的添加并未显著影响鱼的生长，但强化饲料喂养的鱼群存活率较高。
