Cx3cr1CreER-EYFP/wt 小鼠体内存在一群不表达Cre及EYFP的小胶质细胞(microglia)。这群小胶质细胞可逃避Cre介导的重组,并在Cre驱动的白喉毒素A(DTA)介导的小胶质细胞清除后获得增殖优势。实验整体设计:在广泛使用的Cx3cr1GFP/wt及Cx3cr1CreER-EYFP/wt小鼠模型中,鉴定未携带遗传标记的小胶质细胞。
