A comparison between chromosomal gene expression between pathogenic Serratia entomophila strain A1MO2 (5.6+pADAP), and the isogenic non-pathogenic, plasmid-free strain of 5.6. The data helped to identify operons of interest which may confer increased competitive capabilities to 5.6 during mixed inoculation with A1MO2. The data is colour coded depending on strain, with lighter colours indicating increased expression in one strain, and darker colours indicating significantly increased expression. No colour indicates no difference between the strains. The predicted gene names and cluster of orthologous groups (COG) identifiers are included.

本数据集对致病性嗜虫沙雷氏菌(Serratia entomophila)菌株A1MO2(携带5.6+pADAP质粒)与其同基因背景的非致病性无质粒5.6菌株之间的染色体基因表达水平开展了对比分析。该数据集助力鉴定出具有研究价值的操纵子,此类操纵子或可使5.6菌株在与A1MO2混合接种时具备更强的竞争能力。数据按菌株类型进行颜色编码:浅色代表对应菌株的基因表达水平更高,深色代表对应菌株的基因表达显著上调,无色则表示两菌株间无表达差异。数据集包含预测的基因名称以及直系同源簇(Cluster of Orthologous Groups, COG)标识符。
