Convenient Synthesis of Triphenylphosphanylidene Spiro[cyclopentane-1,3′-indolines] and Spiro[cyclopent[2]ene-1,3′-indolines] via Three-Component Reactions

Three-component reactions of triphenyl­phosphine, but-2-ynedioate, and isatylidene malononitrile (ethyl cyanoacetate) in dimethoxyethane resulted in triphenyl­phos­phanyli­dene spiro­[cyclo­pentane-1,3′-indolines] in satisfactory yields. Furthermore, similar three-component reactions of triphenylphosphine, hex-2-en-4-ynedioate, and isatylidene malononitrile (ethyl cyanoacetate) afforded functionalized spiro­[cyclo­pent[2]­ene-1,3′-indolines] in good yields.以二甲氧基乙烷（dimethoxyethane）为反应介质，三苯基膦（triphenylphosphine）、丁-2-炔二酸二酯与靛亚基丙二腈（氰乙酸乙酯，ethyl cyanoacetate）发生三组分反应，以令人满意的收率得到三苯基膦叶立德基螺[环戊烷-1,3′-吲哚啉]类化合物。此外，采用三苯基膦、己-2-烯-4-炔二酸二酯与靛亚基丙二腈（氰乙酸乙酯，ethyl cyanoacetate）为原料的相似三组分反应，可获得良好收率的官能化螺[环戊[2]烯-1,3′-吲哚啉]类产物。
