Effects of vitamin D on histone modification H3K4me3 in THP-1 cells

Three independent repeats of ChIP-seq from THP-1 after 2h and 8h treatment with 1,25D or EtOH (control), using antibody against histone marker H3K4me3. THP-1 cells were treated with vitamin D or solvent (EtOH) for 2h and 8h before performing ChIP with antibodies against H3K4me3 (3 independent repeat experiments).

该数据集包含3次独立重复的染色质免疫共沉淀测序（ChIP-seq）实验，实验材料为经1,25-二羟维生素D3（1,25D）或对照溶剂乙醇（EtOH）分别处理2小时、8小时的THP-1细胞，所用抗体为抗组蛋白H3第4位赖氨酸三甲基化（H3K4me3）的抗体。
