Whole genome sequencing of Priestia megaterium MS4

Priestia megaterium MS4 was isolated from the rhizosphere of Mesembryanthemum crystallinum plants growing in Ayamonte (Huelva, Spain), and it was characterized as plant growth promoting bacteria (Pajuelo et al., 2023). Genome sequencing of Priestia megaterium MS4 was done using the Illumina platform by the company MicrobesNG (Birmingham, United Kingdom).普氏芽孢杆菌（Priestia megaterium）MS4菌株分离自生长于西班牙韦尔瓦省阿亚蒙特市的冰叶日中花（Mesembryanthemum crystallinum）根际，经鉴定为植物促生细菌（plant growth promoting bacteria）（Pajuelo等，2023）。该菌株的基因组测序由英国伯明翰的MicrobesNG公司采用Illumina测序平台完成。
