Sargassum-derived biofilm induction prophages (with and without flanking regions)

Two gzipped fasta files of prophages identified using GeNomad or CheckV that have bacterial flanking regions greater than 2000 bp from pelagic Sargassum-derived biofilms that were induced with Mitomycin C or left untreated. One file contains only the prophage sequences and the second file is prophage sequences with their bacterial flanks.

本数据集包含两份经gzip压缩的FASTA格式文件，其中收录的是使用GeNomad或CheckV工具鉴定得到的原噬菌体（prophage）序列。这些原噬菌体取自经丝裂霉素C（Mitomycin C）诱导处理或未处理的远洋马尾藻（Sargassum）来源生物膜，且其侧翼细菌区域长度大于2000碱基对（bp）。其中一份文件仅包含原噬菌体序列，另一份文件则包含原噬菌体序列及其侧翼细菌区域序列。
