PIK3CA-specific read depths in UC in CLOVES syndrome (VarScan)

VarScan was used to summarise read counts supporting reference and alternate alleles across PIK3CA in the urothelial carcinoma and the blood of an adult patient with CLOVES syndrome. Reference alleles have been excluded from this file to protect patient privacy.

本研究采用VarScan工具，对1名罹患CLOVES综合征（CLOVES syndrome）的成年患者的尿路上皮癌组织与血液样本中PIK3CA基因区域内，支持参考等位基因与变异等位基因的测序读段计数进行了汇总统计。为保护患者隐私，本文件已剔除参考等位基因相关数据。
